SoftLine² – the new generation
The SoftLine² SLX cleaning concept calls for a completely different arrangement and ovement of the side brushes. Each side brush is mounted on its own running beam and acts independently of the second brush.
Improved cleaning results and Longer service life
- The new spray system allows a more precise supply of water to the brushes resulting in a more efficient use of resources.
- The specially contoured side brushes match the contours of the vehicles better.
- Moreover, the side brushes are positioned at an angle, ensuring even better cleaning results.
- Not changing the rotational direction of the brushes reduces wear on mechanical parts and extends the service life.
- The drive mechanism of the side brushes is specially encapsulated and protects it from water spray.

The brush station with the innovative cleaning concept
What is new is that the side brush pairs change sides and remain there until the next vehicle arrives.
How the wash works:
The side brushes are in their initial position on the left of the washing station.
The first side brush washes the front of the vehicle, switches to the right and washes the right side of the vehicle.
The second side brush washes the front the of vehicle, also switches to the right and also washes the right side of the vehicle.
The third side brush starts washing the left side of the vehicle.
The fourth side brush also starts washing the left side of the vehicle.
After washing the side, the brushes switch over to the right of the vehicle while washing the vehicle rear.
